Meat and Chicken need be shipped in insulated box to retain freshness. We charge $15.99 packaging cost for orders that contain meat and chicken.

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email.
Can I edit my order?
You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can contact support. Order may be edited before it is packed/shipped.

FIG provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via web or call in before it is shipped. Please note: Once the order is packed we levy a fee of $5 if an order is canceled by the customer.

For hygiene and safety, Meat is specially packed and shipped in insulated box.
